The Raye interior and exterior spaces are designed to feel comfortable and serene. Frosted acrylic wall plaques elevate and offer small moments for space identification. Dimensional letterforms cut from a rich black provide direction. Signs are intentionally pared back and easy-to-read.

An oversized brochure in the brand’s core palette of clear blue sky highlights the building’s glass and steel facade along with various floor plans.
Luxury living designed to be architecture of influence, with light-filled apartments and penthouses.
Raye’s images carefully capture living in light.
The Raye sensory experience offers a calming first impression. The high-end soap packaging is sturdy and tactile, made from matte paper stocks embossed with the logo and scent notes.

Raye
The Max Collaborative has been recognized for its development of some of the country’s most notable and transformative real estate over the past half-century. The collaborative's spaces are designed to become homes; they are functional, timeless, and considered. Most importantly, they inspire through architecture and interiors.
Raye’s spaces redefine luxury living in Cleveland. Designed to be architecture of influence, the 15- and 18-story towers feature a collection of 1b, 2b, 3b and penthouse residences.
The space was carefully created to reflect the needs of its tenants and to enhance the skyline of Shaker Heights. Named for the afternoon sun and the glow of the moon at night, Raye's visual identity is serene and minimal. The logo’s letterforms reflect the clean lines of its luminous structure—repetitive and lean. The minimalist sans serif logo is balanced with a sophisticated serif in visual communications. A palette of soft blue and saturated green nod to the sky above and the grassy earth below. High-end materials and printing methods emphasize the brand’s commitment to quality.
